Operating instructions
Note: The DIY speaker kit can be powered by batteries (sold separately)
as explained above, or through the included Micro-USB cable.
To power the speaker via the Micro-USB cable:
1. Carefully connect the Micro-USB cable to the PCB and pass
the cable through the hole in the back of the speaker housing.
2. Connect the Micro-USB cable to a computer or other USB charger.

Bluetooth connection

1. Switch the speaker on by turning the knob clockwise.
2. The speaker will emit a short audible signal and the LED Bluetooth
indicator light will flash.
3. Activate Bluetooth on the device to be paired with the speaker.
4. The speaker will appear on your device as CR-1902, select it and
pair it with your external Bluetooth device.
5. Once connection has been established the LED indicator on
the speaker will shine a steady blue.
6. Start playback on your external Bluetooth device. Set the desired
volume levels both on the external device and the speaker. Other
playback settings can be controlled from the external device.
7. Switch the speaker off by turning the knob anti-clockwise.

Care and maintenance

• Wipe the speaker clean with a dry cloth as and when required.
• Remove the batteries if the speaker is not to be used for a long time.
