Speakers
Slide the speakers into their brackets.
Position the speakers as shown
in the picture. The speaker with
the short cable goes on the left and
the speaker with the long cable goes
on the right.
Handle
Fold in the handle reinforcement flaps and interlock the locking
tabs. Carefully push the ends of the handle through the holes in
the housing. Make sure that the ends go through both the outer
layer of the housing and the handle reinforcement flaps.
PCB
1. Slide the PCB into the slot on the speaker housing. Make sure that
the two lugs on the edge of the board slot into the two small holes
on the side of the speaker housing. The small LED light (Bluetooth
indicator) should also line up with its hole. Note: Be careful not to
damage the circuitry or any of the components on the PCB.
2. Put the washer onto the shaft of the switch and fasten the PCB
in place with the nut. Take care not to overtighten the nut and
damage the speaker housing.
3. Fit the switch knob onto the end of the shaft.
