7 CALIBRATING THE PROBE
If the system is set in Probe mode, the advanced menu will include the following item:
Press the ENTER key to enter a submenu in which it is possible to choose the value of the buffer solution
used.
CAUTION: The system calibrates the probe considering the ABSOLUTE conductivity value, with the
compensation in temperature disabled. If an external instrument is used to measure the conductivity
value of the solution used for calibration ensure that the temperature compensation function is
disabled. The absolute conductivity value must not in any case exceed the instrument's bottom value
on the scale!
The calibration procedure is followed step by step using the messages on the display and the flow is as
follows:

8 DIFFERENT OPERATING MODES
Based on the mode set the system performs the active program in the ways described as follows.
8.1 SINGLE-TANK DISHWASHING MACHINE
8.1.1 SINGLE-TANK MODE WITH ACTIVE CONDUCTIVITY WITH 1 SOLENOID VALVE
RINSE TRIGGER: The DET pump is only activated when the trigger lasts for longer than the programmed
"Rinse duration" and doses for the time programmed for the first charge "First Det Charge". If during dosing
the trigger becomes inactive the pump stops.
The RINSE pump starts immediately and performs the dosing based on the programming (speed, time,
on/off) for a maximum programmed "Rinse Duration" time. If during dosing the trigger becomes inactive the
pump stops.
WASH TRIGGER: The DET pump is activated based on the SetPoint programmed and the dosing speed is
proportional to the difference between SetPoint and conductivity read. During dosing the OFA alarm is
managed.
8.1.2 SINGLE-TANK MODE WITH INACTIVE CONDUCTIVITY WITH 1 SOLENOID VALVE
RINSE TRIGGER: The DET pump starts to dose immediately in the programmed mode (Time, Reset, Reset
Speed or On/Off Reset). In any case the pump doses for a maximum of the "Rinse Duration" time and once
