TWINDOSE 40 EVO PLUS 100 mS
If it is set in automatic mode, based on the times set, the chosen program is activated, but it is possible to
force it to perform a different program from the active one for 10 minutes by pressing the relative key.
In both cases the program change happens at the end of the rinse phase of the program in progress. If you
request a program change while the current program is in progress, the warning messages will appear:

FIRST MANUAL CHARGE
Use the key
(on the main keypad and on the console) to force the DET pump to perform a charge
cycle based on the active programming. If it is a single-tank system the effect is immediate, whereas for
conveyor systems the rinse and wash triggers have priority therefore pressing the key only has effect if these
triggers are disabled.
While charging (either automatic or manual) the relative LED lights up on the control console.
6.4
MANUAL CHARGE LOCKOUT TIME
The system will perform a first charge either when the relative key is pressed or when the trigger is sent from
the dishwashing machine. Between one charge and the next, it is possible to program a time during which
the system cannot perform any other first charges. This lockout time can vary between 1 and 999 minutes.
If the system is switched off or the power supply is interrupted during the count of the lockout time, the next
time the system is switched on it will count half of the programmed time before enabling the detergent dosing
again for the first charge.

PRIMING
To prime the DET, RINSE AID and DESCALER pumps (where fitted) press the relative keys F1, F2 or F3.
The system will display a 60 second countdown during which the chosen pump doses at maximum speed.
Press the same key before the 60 seconds have finished and the pump will stop.
