Use
Adjust the adjusting screws (d) so that the
crosstrainer is stable.
Carefully place one foot on each footplate
(f ) while holding the stationary handlebar
(b) or handlebars (a) to keep your balance.

Tread the footplates around as if you
were cycling, and push and pull on the
handlebars using your hands and arms. You
can also keep your arms still by holding the
stationary handlebar instead.
Adjust the tension as required using the
tension knob (e).
If you want to use the computer's
pulsometer function, you must position
your hands over the pulse sensors (c).
Do not step off the crosstrainer until
the footplates have stopped. Hold the
stationary handlebar as you step off so you
don't lose your balance.
Using the computer
The computer comes on when you start
treading the footpedals around. You can
also activate the computer by pressing one
of the buttons.
It automatically goes into sleep mode
when the crosstrainer has been inactive for
around 4 minutes.
