Connect the sensor wire (60) in the frame to
the sensor wire (59) in the handlebar post
(4).
Insert the end of the tension wire (57) from
the tension knob into the socket on the
tension wire (61) in the frame so they are
hooked together.
Insert the handlebar post (4) into the socket
on the frame (1), and screw it securely using
washers (12), spring washers (18) and bolts
(53).

Push the handlebar post cover (58) down so
that it rests on the frame (1).
Push the axle (56) into the socket at the top
of the handlebar post (4).
Screw the left pivoting arm (7L) to the axle
(56) using a bolt (26), a spring washer (25), a
D-washer (24) and a wave washer (21). Only
tighten the bolt manually.
