1. Gerätebeschreibung
Der Durchlauferhitzer DBX ist ein elektro-
nisch gesteuerter, druck fester Durchlauf-
erhitzer zur dezen tralen Warmwasser-
bereitung an einer oder mehreren
Zapfstellen.
Sobald Sie das Warmwasser ventil an
der Armatur öffnen, schaltet sich der
Durchlauf erhitzer automatisch ein.
Beim Schließen der Armatur schaltet
sich das Gerät auto matisch wieder
aus. Die Elektronik passt die Leis­
tungs aufnahme automatisch an die
jeweilige Einlauf temperatur und die
Durch fluss menge an, um die vorein­
gestellte Auslauftemperatur bis zur
Leistungs grenze zu erreichen.
Die Warm wasser auslauf temperatur
ist werkseitig auf 50 °C vor ein gestellt.
Diese Voreinstellung kann durch einen
Fachmann im Gerät im Bereich zwischen
ca. 30 und 60 °C verändert werden.
Hinweis: Wenn der Durchlauferhitzer
eine Dusche versorgt, wurde während
der Geräteinstallation die maximale
Temperatur begrenzt und kann nicht
höher eingestellt werden.
Bei niedriger Zulauftemperatur und
hoher Durchflussmenge kann es wegen
Über schreiten der Leistungsgrenze vor-
kommen, dass die voreingestellte Aus-
lauf temperatur nicht erreicht wird. Durch
Reduzieren der Warmwasser menge an
der Armatur kann dann die Auslauf-
temperatur erhöht werden.
Der Durchlauferhitzer kann in Kombi-
nation mit einem externen Last abwurf -
relais für elektronische Durch lauf-
erhitzer betrieben werden (Details siehe
Montageanleitung).

1. Description of appliance
The instantaneous water heater DBX
is a electronically controlled, pressure-
resistant water heater for a decentralised
water supply to one or more taps.
As soon as you open the hot water
tap, the instantaneous water heater
switches on automatically. When the
tap is closed, the appliance automati­
cally switches off. Its electronic control
regulates the power consumption
automatically depending on the feed
temperature and the flow rate, thus
reaching the set outlet temperature up
to the appliance's power limit.
The factory set outlet temperature is
50 °C. This factory setting can be adjusted
in the appliance to be in a range of
approx. 30 and 60 °C by a specialist only.
Note: If the water heater supplies a
shower, the maximum temperature
was reduced during initial operation.
This limitation cannot be exceeded.
In case of a low feed temperature and
a high flow rate at the same time, it
could happen that the preset outlet tem-
perature is not reached which is due to
the fact that the appliance exceeded its
capacity. The outlet temperature can be
raised by reducing the water flow at the
tap.
It is possible to use the instantaneous
water heater in combination with an
external load shedding relay for elec-
tronically controlled instantaneous water
heaters (refer to installing instructions).
