service before the machine into which it is to be incorporated or
with which it is to be linked has been declared to conform with
provisions of directive 98/37/CE, and the national activation
regulations.
The TRA evaporating towers may only be incorporated in a
machine / system so as to constitute a machine to which the
machine directive can be applied.
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
We the signatories of this document, declare under our own
exclusive liability that this assembly called TRA conforms with the
provisions of the following European directives
- Low Voltage Directive 73/23/CEE and later modifications.
- Electromagnetic Compatability Directive (EMC) 89/336/CEE and
later modifications.
This declaration will cease to be valid if the machine is modified
without the written authorisation of the manufacturer.
