that any situations of "downwind" do
not cause recirculation of air on the
towers (Fig. 05).
- the cooling tower must be installed
as far as possible from areas normally
occupied by people, open windows
or points that air enters buildings
- do not position the tower under
awnings : the hindrance that could
be created to the free ejection of air
could cause the air to recirculate that
could act to the detriment of the tower
as it is saturated with dampness.
- avoid placing the tower under or near
trees: especially in autumn, the falling
leaves could be sucked in by the fan
and end up in the hydraulic circuit
creating serious problems with the
pumps and cooling circuit in general
- if installed in alcoves or tight spaces,
pay attention to the orientation of
the tower and the spaces that are
available around it for both the free
circulation of air and to permit the

piping to be positioned and possible
maintenance operations.
Installation
General notes
The tower must always be installed on a
flat surface that is perfectly horizontal
and if the version has a tank the
supports under it must be even and
continuous.

For transportation reasons, the tower
will be delivered in two packages: the
body and the hat.

The hat just needs to be placed on the
body as described in figure (Fig. 06). the
hat is fitted on the body just by pressing
the two edges of the items together.

All electrical connections must be
made by expert personnel complying
with the regulations currently in force
in the country the machine is destined
for and the motor must be earthed as
well. Install a key-operated sectioner
right next to the fan motor. The
electrical motor must be commanded
and protected by a remote cut off
