Reclamation
This appliance left our facility in im-
peccable and functional condition.
However, should you ever have rea-
son for complaint, please first refer
to the instructions to ensure that
your complaint is not attributed to
an operating or installation error.
Before taking further steps, please
call BestWater customer service for
consultation.
If the appliance is to be examined
and/or repaired at our central faci-
lity, you will receive a certificate of
return in the post. The images in the
user's manual and the list of repla-
cement parts will help you with your
repeat order and/or disassembly.
Please remember to include your
customer number in your inquiry so
that we may process your shipment
swiftly.
The legal guarantee/warranty inclu-
des reshipping free of charge after
coordinating this with customer ser-
vice.
Please understand that upon suc-
cessful prepayment, we reship ap-
pliances that were repaired for a
fee.

24-month guarantee
The „on-site warranty"
(valid for 24 MONTHS after date of
purchase)
Should it be determined that parts
of the water filtration system were
defectively or improperly manufac-
tured (excluding the disposable fil-
ter units), then please notify your
specialty retailer. The damaged part
will be examined after the appliance
has been sent in, and the defect will
be removed. Should the defect have
arisen during the warranty period,
and the user could not have caused
this defect, the user will not bear
any of the costs of repair*.
Conditions
This warranty is voided if the defects
were caused by improper operation,
misuse, application or maintenance,
neglect, alteration of the structure,
accidents, catastrophes, fire, floo-
ding, frost, and force majeure.
The warranty is also voided if at
least one of the following conditions
was not adhered to:
1. The water filtration system must
be connected to the cold water sup-
ply.
2. The water pressure must be bet-
ween 2.5 – 7.0 bar.
3. The water temperature must be
between 5 °C - 35 °C.
4. The pH value must be greater
than 6.5 but less than 9.5.
5. The iron content of the water
must not exceed a maximum of 0.2
mg/l.
6. The quantity of dissolved sub-
stances (salts) must not exceed
2,000 ppm.
Return
There is no refund on expenses if
the appliance is returned after as-
sembly. The filtration system cannot
be returned after the agreed cancel-
lation period.
Filter replacement
The 24-month warranty solely ap-
plies to BestWater systems in which
the filters have been replaced on a
regular basis:
Sed. pre-filter 20 µm
6 months**
Act. charcoal pre-filter 12 months
Aqua-Lith CE
12 months
Restrictions
The company BestWater provides
no implied warranty***, nor any
warranty, if the filtration system is
sold for specific purposes. The com-
pany BestWater accepts no liability
for damages indirectly caused by
travel expenses, phone expenses,
loss of profit, loss of time, inconve-
nience, or loss of the utility value of
the filtration system and damages

caused by usage of the filtration
system and the improper operation
thereof.
This warranty describes all the ways
in which the company BestWater
may act as the payer of damages.
Additional conditions
In the event that the company Best-
Water agrees to replace the appli-
ance or a part, the company may
replace it with an already repaired
filtration system/part. Parts used
for repair remain under warranty
for the remainder of the period. This
warranty is non-transferable.
* Warranty services are solely con-
ducted by your specialty retailer (the
customer bears the costs for trans-
port).
** Replacement of the sediment pre-
filter in the pre-filter case largely de-
pends on local water contamination,
and should be performed in even
shorter intervals if needed.
*** No replacement appliance is
provided for a warranty case.
