Setting Up and Connecting

The quick connects
You must be able to install and
remove the hose into/from the
respective quick connects on the
side of the system in order to
properly connect and disconnect
the Jungbrunnen 22-00 Ultimate to/
from the water supply.
Use the images below for assistance
and orientation during this process.

Water may leak out
from the BestWater
system if the plastic
hoses are not properly
installed into the quick
connects.
Stick the hose into the socket until
you feel resistance (approx. 1.5
cm).
Now push the hose until it clicks
(approx. 1 cm).
The quick connect will fasten the
hose so that it cannot be pulled out
unintentionally.
In order to remove the hose from
the quick connect you have to push
the connector ring toward the front
face of the connector, fasten the
ring tightly, and pull it out from the
hose. The quick connect can always
be reused.
The extraction faucet
Find out where you will assemble
the unit before installing the faucet.
In doing so, note the following:
The faucet should be in a location

where it is easy to use. Please note
the turning direction of the fitting
you are using.
Consider the feasibility of assem-

bly and connection beneath the
sink.
Use drill bit sizes 3 mm, 7 mm, and
12 mm for the opening in the tab-
letop or sink surface. Start with the
smallest diameter and lower rotati-
on, and slowly increase these.
Setting Up and Connecting
Rework the opening with the round
file and remove any residue. When
washing stone (marble, granite,
etc.) please adhere to the pertinent
drilling requirements.
Place the faucet in the drill hole on
the sink surface.
Use the image (page 42) for assis-
tance when installing the faucet and
follow these steps:
Insert the included parts onto the

threaded tube in the proper order.
Line up the faucet.
