What do I do if ...

You can fix most errors and disrup-
tions that occur during daily use by
yourself. In many cases you can
save time and money by not having
to call up customer service.
The following tables should help you
find and resolve the causes of a dis-
ruption and error.
Problem
Slow, meagre water Water pressure too low

Kink in the hose
Pre-filter clogged

Cause Solution
Measure water pres-
sure. The values must
be between 2.5 and
7.0 bar. Completely
open the water valve.
Check the hoses,
straighten out the
kinks.
Change the pre-filter.
Membrane must be
replaced by a special-
ty dealer.
Check whether the
hose connections may
be clogged.

pressuriser.
Replace the pressu-
riser.
Membrane must be
replaced by a special-
ty dealer.
Air in the water
filtration system is
a temporary occur-
rence. It will resolve
itself shortly.

Measure the air pres-
sure within an empty
tank. The values must
be between about
0.35 - 0.5 bar.
Replace the pressure
regulator.
Replace the restrictor.
Empty the storage
tank once or twice.
Empty the tank once
per week for small
extractions.
