Ist die Option „Videoverlustrelais" eingeschaltet

(„AN"), wird das Alarm-Relais auch bei einem Alarm
bei Bildverlust betätigt. Ist diese Option nicht akti-
viert („AUS"), so wird das Relais nur bei Alarm über
die Alarmeingänge aktiv.
„Alarmton bei Bildverlust" gibt an, ob im Fall
eines Alarms bei Bildverlust ein Signalton zu hören
sein soll („AN") oder nicht („AUS").
„Videoverlustverschluss" gibt an, ob ein Alarm bei
Bildverlust, nachdem wieder ein gültiges Videosignal
anliegt, über die oben eingestellte Alarmhaltezeit
(„Zeit Alarm halten") hinaus noch angezeigt werden
soll. Ist diese Option aktiviert („AN"), wird zwar das
Alarm-Relais, falls für Bildverlust-Alarm zugelassen,
nach Ablauf der Alarmhaltezeit wieder zurückge-
setzt, aber die Bildschirmeinblendung „VLOSS" im
entsprechenden Kamerabild und das Blinken der
Leuchtdiode über der entsprechenden Nummern-
taste (15) lassen sich nur über einen Aufruf des Bild-
schirm-Menüs wieder zurücksetzen.
7.10 Menüpunkt 8: Ereignismatrix einrichten
Auf der Menüseite „AKTIVITÄTSDETEKTION" wer-
den Einstellungen des integrierten Bewegungsde-
tektors vorgenommen.

The "Activity Dwell Time" indicates how long the
priority recording of the cameras for which activity
has been recognized continues after no more ac-
tivity of these cameras has been registered. Times
of 1 to 99 s can be adjusted.
Via the submenu "Activity Grids", the ranges
which are to be sensible for a motion detection can
individually be selected for each camera in a grid of
16 x 12 points. This is obtained via the following
operating steps.
1. Select the menu item "Activity Grids" [cursor but-
ton

2. Press the SET button (14).
3. Select the camera to be adjusted [cursor button

4. Press the SET button (14). Now the camera pic-
ture is displayed with a grid situated above it:

of grid to be changed. The line of grid to be ad-
justed is marked by a horizontal line between the
grid points. Grid points which are sensitive to
motion are shown as circles, those which are of
no interest for motion are shown as points. The
condition of the 16 grid points in this line is addi-
tionally displayed by the LEDs above the 16 nu-
merical keys. A lighting diode means that the cor-
responding grid point is sensibilized for the
motion detection.

Der TVMP-1600 bietet die Möglichkeit, Kameras, in
deren Erfassungsbereich eine Aktivität erkannt wird,
genauer aufzuzeichnen als die übrigen, für die sich
keine Bildveränderungen zeigen. Dabei reagiert das
Gerät nicht auf den gesamten Erfassungsbereich
einer Kamera, sondern nur auf einen für jede Ka-
mera individuell einstellbaren Teilbereich. Treten in
einem solchen Bereich Veränderungen (Bewegun-
gen) auf, wird das Signal der entsprechenden
Kamera für die Aufnahme bevorzugt behandelt, d. h.
mit erhöhter Häufigkeit gegenüber den übrigen
Kamerabildern über den Ausgang VCR OUT (21) an
den Videorecorder gesendet. Ist die aufzuzeich-
nende Bildsequenz z. B. im Normalfall je ein Bild der
Kameranummern 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 1, 3, 4, 6 usw., wird
die Bildfolge bei erkannter Aktivität bei Kamera 1
und Kamera 3 in 1, 3, 4, 1, 3, 6, 1, 3, 8, 1, 3, 9, 1, 3,
4, 1, 3 usw. geändert.
Unter „Kamera mit Aktivitätsdetektion" läßt sich
für jede Kamera die Aktivitätserkennung mit Hilfe
der entsprechenden Nummerntaste (15) einschal-
ten (die Kameranummer wird gezeigt) oder aus-
schalten (anstelle der Nummer steht ein Stern).
Die Option „Aktivität aufzeichnen" bestimmt, ob
bei Aktivitätserkennung die betroffenen Kamerabil-
der mit erhöhter Häufigkeit gegenüber den übrigen
Kamerabildern an den Videorecorder gesendet wer-
den („AN") oder nicht („AUS).
Die „Verweilzeit" gibt an, wie lange die bevorzugte
Aufnahme der Kameras, für die Aktivität erkannt
wurde, weiter anhält, nachdem für diese Kameras
keine Aktivität mehr registriert wurde. Es lassen sich

Dies wird über folgende Bedienschritte erreicht.
1. Den Menüpunkt „Detektionsmatrix" anwählen.

6. If the desired grid points for the camera are sen-
sibilized for motion detection, jump back with the
MENU button (9) to the higher ranking menu
"ACTIVITY DETECTION".
7. If necessary, repeat the steps 3 to 6 for adjusting
other cameras.
If there is a change in the sensibilized area of the ca-
mera picture while adjusting the grid points, the
word "Activity" blinks on the screen. This makes the
direct control of the selected motion detection range
possible.

einzustellende Rasterzeile ist durch eine horizon-
tale Linie zwischen den Rasterpunkten gekenn-
zeichnet. Bewegungssensitive Rasterpunkte sind
als Kreise, die für Bewegung uninteressanten als
Punkte dargestellt. Der Zustand der 16 Raster-
punkte in dieser Zeile wird zusätzlich durch die
Leuchtdioden über den 16 Nummerntasten ge-
zeigt. Eine leuchtende Diode bedeutet, der ent-
sprechende Rasterpunkt ist für die Bewegungs-
erkennung sensibilisiert.
Der Zustand der einzelnen Rasterpunkte kann
nun direkt über die jeweilige Nummerntaste ge-
wechselt werden. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglich-
keit, alle Rasterpunkte der gewählten Zeile durch
Drücken der SET-Taste zu aktivieren oder durch
Drücken der ZOOM-Taste (13) zu deaktivieren.
6. Sind für die Kamera die gewünschten Raster-
punkte auf Bewegungserkennung sensibilisiert,
mit der Taste MENU (9) in das übergeordnete
Menü „AKTIVITÄTSDETEKTION" zurückspringen.
7. Bei Bedarf die Schritte 3. bis 6. zur Einstellung
anderer Kameras wiederholen.
For changing the menu settings only by certain per-
sons, it is recommended to use a password. Via the
option "Password" the access protection can be
switched on ("ON) or off ("OFF"). With the password
protection switched on, first the password is enquired
when calling the screen menu (see fig. in chapter 7).
If a wrong password is entered, the message "AC-
CESS DENIED!!, Unauthorized Code!" appears.
After approx. 2 s the message disappears again.
A password is entered under "Enter New Code".
Here a four-digit number combination is entered via
the numerical keys (15) with the numbers 1 – 10.
(The button with the number "10" corresponds in this
case to the number "0".) The numbers entered are
not displayed on the screen.
The new password must be entered once again
under "Re-enter Code" to confirm. Thus, a wrong
input by mistake is excluded. If both times the same
password has been entered, "OK" is displayed.
However, if the password entered to confirm is dif-
ferent from the password entered before, "FAIL" is
shown. Then both inputs have to be repeated.
A further protection against unauthorized operation
of the unit is the option "Key Lock". If the value
"ON" is adjusted, all operating buttons are locked
after leaving the screen menu, except those which
are necessary for calling the menu.
Under "Unit Number" an identification number from
01 to 99 can be assigned to each TVMP-1600. It
makes only sense to change this number if several
TVMP-1600 units belong to a system so that they
can be distinguished in case of control via the same
remote control line.
Via the option "Factory Reset" all unit settings can
be reset to the default values (see chapter 7.13
"Overview of the pre-settings by the manufacturer").
Attention: The activation of this option deletes all
settings made by the user irretrievably
and replaces them by the default set-
tings. Therefore, when selecting this op-
tion, a warning note is displayed. If "YES"
