„Datum" hier kann das aktuelle Datum eingestellt
werden.
„Uhrzeit" hier kann die aktuelle Uhrzeit eingestellt
werden.
„Sommerzeit" bestimmt, ob eine automatische
Umschaltung von Winter- auf Sommerzeit und um-
gekehrt entsprechend der nachfolgenden Tabelle
durchgeführt werden soll („AN") oder nicht („AUS").
Ist für „Sommerzeit:" der Wert „AN" gewählt, in
der Zeile „START" unter „DATUM" das Datum ein-
stellen, an dem die Umstellung von Winter- auf
Sommerzeit erfolgt, unter „VON" den Zeitpunkt der
Umstellung und unter „BIS" die Uhrzeit, auf die um-
gestellt werden soll. In der Zeile „STOP" unter
„DATUM" das Datum einstellen, an dem die Uhr
zurück auf Winterzeit gestellt wird, unter „VON" den
Zeitpunkt der Umstellung und unter „BIS" die Uhr-
zeit, auf die umgestellt werden soll.

For each camera an individual dwell time of 0 s
(= "OFF") up to 60 s can be fixed in the lines
"1" – "16". Cameras without dwell time ("OFF") are
skipped during the automatic sequential switching of
pictures.
Note: If, in a multiple picture format, a camera pic-
ture is already visible in a partial picture on
the monitor, this camera is skipped during au-
tomatic sequential switching, even if a dwell
time was assigned to this particular camera.
If "YES" is selected for "Auto Setting", the value
"OFF" is automatically assigned to the not con-
nected camera channels. If "NO" is selected, the not
connected camera channels, which a dwell time has
been assigned to, are not skipped in case of the
automatic sequential switching of pictures.
In the lower range of the menu page under "(Cam-
era Input Status)" the inputs are shown to which
cameras are connected. An asterisk instead of the
camera number means that there is no camera
connected to this input.
„Anzeige" bestimmt, ob die Kameratitel auf dem
Bildschirm des Haupt- und Spot-Monitors einge-
blendet werden („AN") oder nicht („AUS").
Als Voreinstellung führt jede Kamera als Titel ihre An-
schlußnummer. Ein Kameratitel kann bis zu neun Zei-
chen lang sein. Bei der Eingabe eines Titels in den
Zeilen „1" – „16" erfolgt die Anwahl der zu ändern-
den Buchstabenposition über die Cursor-Tasten
(4) und
kann aus den folgenden Zeichen ausgewählt werden:

during recordings, the multiplexer has to be adjusted
to the respective recording mode of the recorder. The
synchronization can either be made via an external
synchronization signal by the recording video re-

corder (also see chapter 5.3 "Video recorder") or via
a time scheme which can be selected in this menu.
Under "External Trigger" it is possible to select if
the recording is to be synchronized via an external
signal, and if yes, which polarity the synchronization
signal has:
"+ Trigger" = positive synchronizing pulse
"- Trigger" = negative synchronizing pulse
"OFF"
Note: If the external synchronization is selected and
no pulse is recognized at the synchronization
input for 10 s, the unit switches automatically
to the 3-hour recording mode until the syn-
chronization pulse is recognized.
If an external synchronization is selected, the re-
maining parameters in this setting menu are of no
importance.
If the synchronization is not made via an external sig-
nal, the time scheme must be determined as follows:

Hinweis: Auch wenn einer Kamera eine Verweilzeit
zugewiesen ist, wird in Mehrfachbildforma-
ten diese Kamera bei der automatischen
Weiterschaltung übersprungen, wenn das
Kamerabild bereits in einem Teilbild auf
dem Monitor sichtbar ist.

Wird bei „Automatische Einstellung" „JA" gewählt,
wird den nicht belegten Kamera-Anschlüssen auto-
matisch der Wert „AUS" zugewiesen. Bei „NEIN"
werden nicht belegte Kamerakanäle, denen eine
Verweilzeit zugewiesen wurde, bei der automati-
schen Bildweiterschaltung nicht übersprungen.
Im unteren Bereich der Menüseite wird unter „(Sta-
tus Kameraeingang)" angezeigt, an welchen Ein-
gängen Kameras angeschlossen sind. Ein Stern an-
stelle der Kameranummer bedeutet, daß an diesem
Anschluß keine Kamera vorhanden ist.

Auf der Menüseite „AUFZEICHNUNG EINRICH-
TEN" werden Einstellungen zum Videoaufzeich-
nungsmodus vorgenommen.

Um bei Aufzeichnungen die Bildrate des Multiple-
xers mit den Aufnahmeintervallen des Videorecor-
ders zu synchronisieren, muß der Multiplexer auf
den jeweiligen Aufnahmemodus des Recorders ein-
gestellt werden. Die Synchronisation kann entweder
über ein externes Synchronisationssignal von dem
aufnehmenden Videorecorder (siehe auch Kap. 5.3

If a real time recorder is used, select the setting
"STANDARD VHS". If a timelapse recorder is used,
select the recorder type, which is used, from the list.
If the recorder used is not contained in the list, select
the setting "USER DEFINED".
Via "Normal Mode" and "Alarm Mode" it is possible
to adjust the recording mode separately for both
operating conditions. If a long recording time with cor-
respondingly large picture intervals (TL = timelapse)
has been selected for the standard monitoring, in
case of alarm, a more precise recording can thus be
obtained in real time. The possible recording modes
