Mehrfachbild 4 x 4
Im Anzeigeformat 4 x 4 werden 16 Teilbilder in je

Um das Anzeigeformat 4 x 4 zu wählen, die Taste
(8) drücken. Die Leuchtdiode über der Taste leuch-
tet. Wird über eine der Nummerntasten (15) eine
Kamera ausgewählt, so erscheint diese im linken
oberen Teilbild. Die Kameras mit den nachfolgenden
Nummern werden fortlaufend in den übrigen Teil-
bildern dargestellt.
Die Kameras lassen sich auch direkt den Teilbil-
dern zuordnen. Dazu die SEL-Taste (12) drücken; die
Leuchtdiode darüber leuchtet. Jetzt über die Num-
merntasten nacheinander die gewünschten Kameras
den Teilbildern zuordnen. Anschließend erlischt die
Leuchtdiode über der SEL-Taste wieder. Sollen nicht
allen Teilbildern Kameras zugeordnet werden, den
Vorgang durch Drücken der SEL-Taste abbrechen;
die Leuchtdiode über der SEL-Taste erlischt.
6.2.9
Bildbereich vergrößern (Zoom)
Im Zoom-Modus wird ein Bereich des gewählten Bil-
des (bei Mehrfachbildern das erste Teilbild) zwei-
fach vergrößert als Vollbild dargestellt.
Zum Schalten in den Zoom-Modus die ZOOM-Taste
(13) drücken. Die Leuchtdiode neben der Taste
leuchtet. Zur Wahl des zu vergrößernden Aus-
schnitts wird das gesamte Bild verkleinert einge-
blendet. Darin befindet sich ein Rahmen, der den
aktuell gewählten Ausschnitt zeigt. Dieser Rahmen
läßt sich mit Hilfe der Cursor-Tasten
(4),
(5) in alle Richtungen verschieben. Die ein-
geblendete Übersicht verschwindet ca. 2 s nach der
letzten Eingabe und erscheint bei erneuter Betäti-
gung einer Cursor-Taste.
Zum Verlassen des Zoom-Modus die ZOOM-Ta-
ste erneut drücken. Die Leuchtdiode der Taste er-
lischt, und das Gerät schaltet auf die vorher gewählte
Darstellung zurück.

Enlarging the picture range (zoom)
In the zoom mode a range of the selected picture (in
case of multiple pictures the first partial picture) is
displayed twice enlarged as full screen picture.
To switch to the zoom mode, press the ZOOM but-
ton (13). The LED next to the button lights up. To
select the cutout to be enlarged, the entire picture is
inserted in reduced size. A frame inside this picture
shows the presently selected cutout. This frame can
be displaced in all directions by means of the cursor
buttons

and appears with new actuation of the cursor button.
To leave the zoom mode, press the ZOOM button
again. The LED of the button extinguishes, and the
unit switches back to the display selected before.
Notes: In the zoom mode, the automatic sequential
switching of pictures and freezing of the pic-
ture are not possible. If a numerical key (15)
is pressed, the zoom mode is broken off; the
camera of the pressed number is displayed
in the full screen format.
6.2.10 "Freezing" a display
To "freeze" the present display (display as still pic-
ture), press the freeze button

6.3
Spot monitor
All display formats described up to now have re-
ferred to the main monitor at the MAIN jack (18). In
addition, the TVMP-1600 is equipped with a second
monitor output SPOT (22). For live monitoring, the
spot monitor displays any desired camera picture or
several camera pictures in automatic sequential
switching in full screen format, independently of the
main monitor.
To select the camera for the spot monitor, press
the SEL button (12) shortly twice in succession.
Then the LED above the button starts to blink. Then
select a full screen picture of the camera by pressing

Alle bisher beschriebenen Anzeigeformate bezogen
sich auf den Hauptmonitor an der Buchse MAIN
(18). Zusätzlich verfügt der TVMP-1600 über einen
zweiten Monitorausgang SPOT (22). Zur Live-Über-
wachung zeigt der Spot-Monitor, unabhängig vom
Hauptmonitor, ein beliebiges Kamerabild oder meh-
rere Kamerabilder in automatischer Weiterschaltung
(Sequenzschaltung) im Vollbild-Format an.
Um die Kamera für den Spot-Monitor zu wählen,
die SEL-Taste (12) zweimal kurz hintereinander
drücken. Die Leuchtdiode über der Taste beginnt
daraufhin zu blinken. Dann durch Drücken einer
Nummerntaste ein Kamera-Vollbild bzw. durch
Drücken der Taste
schaltung (Sequenzschaltung) anwählen.
Der Auswahlmodus für den Spot-Monitor bleibt
erhalten, bis erneut die SEL-Taste gedrückt wird.

Tritt ein Alarm in der Betriebsart Live-Überwachung
auf, werden folgende Funktionen aktiviert:
1. Die Leuchtdiode über der Nummerntaste (15) der
entsprechenden Kamera blinkt.
2. Ein Signal ertönt [wenn die Funktion „Alarmton"
im Menü 7„Alarm einrichten" (siehe Kap. 7.9) ak-
tiviert ist]. Das Drücken einer beliebigen Taste
beendet den Signalton.
3. Das Alarm-Relais wird aktiviert (zieht an).
4. Bei Einzelalarm schaltet der Spot-Monitor auf
Vollbilddarstellung der entsprechenden Kamera.
Bei Mehrfachalarm schaltet der Spot-Monitor
zwischen den betroffenden Kameras zyklisch im
2-Sekunden-Takt um.
5. Der Hauptmonitor schaltet auf das im Menü 7
„Alarm einrichten" (siehe Kap. 7.9) gewählte
Alarm-Anzeigeformat:
Wurde „4 x 4" eingestellt, schaltet der Monitor
auf dieses Anzeigeformat, zeigt also alle 16 Ka-
merabilder.
Wurde „VOLLER" eingestellt, schaltet der Mo-
nitor bei Einzelalarm auf das Vollbild-Format der
betroffenenen Kamera und bei Mehrfachalarm
zwischen den betroffenen Kameras zyklisch im
2-Sekunden-Takt um.
Wurde „AUTOMATISCH" eingestellt, schaltet
der Monitor auf das für den jeweiligen Alarmfall
optimale Bildformat, z. B. Vollbilddarstellung ei-
ner Kamera bei Einzelalarm, Mehrfachbild bei
Mehrfachalarm.
6. Auf dem Hauptmonitor und auf dem Spot-Monitor
wird im Bild der entsprechenden Kamera die Mel-
dung „ALARM" eingeblendet.
7. Für Aufzeichnungen über die Buchse VCR OUT
(21) wechseln Bildrate [entsprechend der Ein-
stellung „Alarmbetrieb" im Menü 4 „Aufzeichnung
einrichten" (siehe Kap. 7.6)] und Aufzeichnungs-
format [entsprechend der Einstellung „Alarmauf-
zeichnung" im Menü 7 „Alarm einrichten" (siehe
Kap. 7.9)]. Im aufgezeichneten Bild der entspre-
chenden Kamera wird die Meldung „ALARM" ein-
geblendet.

7. For recordings via the jack VCR OUT (21), there
is a change of the picture rate [according to the
setting "Alarm mode" in the menu 4 "Recording

the recorded picture of the corresponding camera
the message "ALARM" is inserted.
8. The alarm counter for the corresponding alarm
input is increased by one value. For further infor-
mation on this function refer to chapter 7.11.
9. The buttons
(10) and LIVE REC. (14) are
locked for the duration of the alarm.
If an alarm occurs during the operating mode of
video recorder reproduction, it is handled by the
TVMP-1600 in the background, i. e. all procedures
take place as described above; only the display on
the main monitor is not changed. The button LIVE
REC. (14) is locked for the duration of the alarm.
During the alarm it is possible to switch to live moni-
toring with the button
(10).
6.4.2
Resetting an external alarm
When the alarm duration set in the menu 7 "Alarm
Setup" (see chapter 7.9) has elapsed, the above-de-
scribed procedures are stopped.
To stop the alarm before the adjusted time has
elapsed, press the SEL button (12) shortly twice in
succession.
Note: If the option "Alarm latch" in the menu "Alarm
Setup" is selected for holding the alarm (see
chapter 7.9), it is only possible to reset the in-
sertion "ALARM" in the camera picture con-
cerned and the blinking LED above the corre-
sponding numerical key (15) by calling the
screen menu (see chapter 7).
6.4.3
Alarm in case of video loss
If the function "Video loss alarm" in the menu 7 "Alarm
Setup" is activated (see chapter 7.9), the following
