the specialist retailer is notified of the defect immediately
after its initial occurrence. If the specialist retailer cannot
solve the problem, then it must return the product with
an exact description of the problem and official proof
of purchase.
The manufacturer shall assume no liability for damage to
products which it did not supply.
The warranty shall lapse if:
• the product was altered.
• the product is not returned complete with proof of
purchase to the retailer within 14 days of the defect
occurring.
• the defect occurred due to incorrect operation or
maintenance or anything else deemed to be the fault
of the user, or when the user instructions have not

Only suitable for vehicles with three-point seat belts or
static lap belts which are approved under ECE Regulation
No. 16 or a comparable standard. Lap belts must not be
used for the Image booster cushion.
This is a "Universal" child restraint. It's approved to
Regulation No.44,04 series of amendments, for general
use vehicles and it will fit most, but not all, car seats.
A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has
declared in the vehicle handbook that the vehicle is capable
of accepting a „Universal" child restraint for this age group.
This child restraint has been classified as „Universal" under
more stringent conditions than those which applied to
earlier designs which do not carry this notice.
If in doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer
or the retailer.
Only suitable for vehicles with a three-point safety belt
which has been tested and approved according to ECE
regulation no. 16 or a comparable standard.
Attention
The child's car safety seat TRIMAX was tested by simu-
lating a frontal collision with a solid obstruction at the
rate of 50 km/h.
This corresponds to the international regulation ECE R 44
04 all safety systems are based on. Depending on the
seriousness of an accident these child restraint systems
will prevent or leirce injuries of children between 8 months
and 4 years or weighing 9 kg (20 lbs.) to 18 kg provided
that they are used according to the instructions.
Please note that no safety system, whether for children
or adults, can replace your responsible and attentive
behaviour when on the road.
The seat should not be carried unsecured in your car,
even if there is no child in it, otherwise it could injure
the occupants in the event of an accident. You should
therefore keep the diagonal belt on while driving.
