Schrumpfen des Schrumpf-
schlauchs auf den CV...

Schrumpfvorgang zuerst auf dem
CV... dann auf der Leitung durchfüh-
ren. Während dem Schrumpfvorgang
muss der Schrumpfschlauch richtig
positioniert sein.

Beim Schrumpfvorgang empfi ehlt
es sich Handschuhe zu tragen.
Nach komplettem Schrumpf-
vorgang, Endungen während 30
Sek. weiter heizen.
Hinweis:

Leitung darf während dieser Zeit
nicht bewegt werden. Vor Benützung
auf Umgebungstemperatur abkühlen
lassen.

Verbindung

Isolierter 6-kant Schlüssel mit einge-
bautem Drehmomentbegrenzer im
Hinterteil des Steckverbinders einfüh-
ren. Steckverbinder mit der anderen
Hand festhalten. Den CV... an die zu
kontaktierende Stelle (Stromschiene,
Einbaudose, Flachschie-nenabgriff)
halten und mit dem Drehmomentbe-
grenzer anschrauben. Auf Verkantung
achten. Anziehen bis der Drehmo-
mentbegrenzer bei 18Nm auslöst.
Die Achse des Steckverbinders muss
senkrecht zur Kontaktstelle sein und
muss sich frei drehen lassen.

Connection

Insert insulated hexagonal wrench
with built-in torque limiter into rear of
plug connector. Hold connector with
the other hand. Hold the CV... against
the part to be contacted (busbar,
panel receptacle, fl at bar clamp) and
screw on with the torque wrench.
Take care not to cross-thread. Tighten
until the torque limiter releases at 18
Nm. The axis of the plug connector
must be perpendicular to the contact
point and must turn freely.

Attention
It is advisable to wear gloves du-
ring the shrinking operation. Heat
endings for a further 30 sec. after
shrinking is completed.
