Vorbereitung
Um einen guten Halt des Thermokle-
bers zu erreichen den Leitungsmantel
und Isolationskörper mit Schmiergel-
papier 80-100 aufrauhen. Rauhzone
mittels Azeton reinigen. Die orange
Isolierung des CV muss auch leicht
aufgerauht und gut mit Azeton auf
der ganze Montagelänge des Mantels
gereinigt werden. Das PVC wird dabei
etwas matt.

Achtung
Azeton darf nicht auf der Be-
schriftung verwendet werden, da
sie sonst verschmiert. Warten bis
das Lösungsmittel total verduns-

tet ist. Rauhzone und entfettete

Zone nicht berühren.
Achtung
Innenmantel nicht aufrauhen,
einfetten oder berühren.

Geschlitzte Isolation (D) auf die Hülse
des Schraubverbinders schieben.

Preparation
To obtain good adhesion of the
thermoadhesive, roughen the sheath
of the cable with 80-100 emery
paper, clean the roughened zone with
acetone. The orange insulation of the
CV must also be slightly roughened
and thoroughly cleaned with acetone
over the whole assembly length of the
sheath. This gives the PVC a some-
what matt appearance.
Attention
Acetone must not be used on
the printed markings since it
will cause them to smear. Wait
until the solvent has completely
evaporated. Do not touch the
roughened and degreased zone.
Attention
Do not roughen, grease or touch
the inner sheath.

Push slit insulation (D) onto the barrel
of the screw connector.

Push shrink-on sleeve (A) onto the
insulation of the CV... The slit insula-
tion (D) must be covered.
