Page
Check the technical safety of the product and the connected appliances at regular
intervals, e.g. for damages to the housing or the power pack.
If safe operation can no longer be assured, put the product out of
operation and protect it from being used again accidentally! Pull the
power pack out of the outlet (in case of a damaged power pack, shut
off the outlet's power supply first!)
Safe operation can no longer be assumed if
• the appliance shows visible damage,
• the appliance no longer works and
• after long storage under adverse conditions or
• after heavy transport strain.
Make sure you observe the following safety notices prior to cleaning or servic-
ing the product:
Prior to cleaning, maintenance or repair work, separate the appliance
from all voltage sources and pull the power pack out of the outlet!
There are no parts that need to be serviced by the user on the inside of
the product; the housing may not be opened.
Repairs may only be conducted by experts who are familiar with the
associated risks respectively the pertinent regulations.
Dust can be easily removed with a vacuum cleaner and a soft, clean brush.
You can also use a clean, soft and dry cloth for cleaning the outside of the product.
If necessary, wet the cloth lightly with lukewarm water.
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as these may dam-
age the surface of the product or impair its function.
Wait until all parts are completely dry before reusing the product.
