c) DIP Switch
There are 6 small DIP switches underneath a small plastic cover (small sliders, see
b), point 14).
You can carefully remove the plastic cover with a flat screwdriver or your fingernail.
Now you can see the 6 DIP switches:

Please observe:
The basic setting of the DIP switches (marked with a * below) may deviate from
the illustration above. Set the DIP switches according to your wishes.
These DIP switches have the following function:

Switching between manual/automatic input selection
Automatic detection of the video source (*)

If you use a Windows PC provider system for the DV signal (e.g. for the output
of a readily cut film), set these two DIP switches accordingly.

Do not use, please do not change the position (normally turned off).
