1. Push the release lever on both sides of the ladder in position "o".

The ladder is now unlocked. You can now open or close the ladder up.
2. Open or close the ladder until you hear a clear click. The ladder hinges
will engage automatically (position "OK").
3. Unlock the ladder again if you wish to pull it apart or to close it up
further. Proceed as described in step 1.

B efore stepping onto the ladder please ensure that the release lever
is engaged and is set in position "OK".
