19. Positioning on uneven ground
The front part of the unit must point downwards, to
prevent the unit from slipping away.
Introduction to spraying using
the FineCoat procedure
Fine Coat is a low-pressure spraying technique which
operates with a high air volume and a low air pressure.
The main advantage of this spraying technique is the
small amount of paint mist formed. This reduces the co-
vering costs to a minimum.
The FineCoat procedure is particuarly used for repairs
and renovation.
Compared to conventional paint application, high eco-
nomy and optimal surface quality are achieved while
being gentle to the environment.
Description of functions
The "FineCoat Spray Pack 9950 PP" coating system
consists of a turbo-blower, which feeds the atomizer air
via an air hose to a FineCoat spray gun.
A compressor charges the pressure tank with compres-
sed air.
GB
The pressurized spraying material is transported
through a material hose to the spray gun. In the spray
gun the spray material and the atomization air are com-
bined and atomized upon the exiting nozzle.
Applications
• Renovation and repairs
• Interior wall decorations
• Painting work: see page 27, restrictor valve
for low-viscosity coating material
What kind of spraying materials
can be applied?
• Water and solvent-base coating materials
• Timber impregnating agents
• Color-effect materials
• Multi-color paints
• Textured and effect paints
