To connect to the inputs use suitably screened Cinch cables only.
The use of any other cables may lead to malfunctions.
To avoid distortion or mismatching that may damage the amplifier,
only sources with a Cinch output may be connected to the Cinch
inputs of the device.
The wiring to each loudspeaker must be two-core. Insulate the
bare wires at the connecting terminals. Make sure that there are
no sharp edges which could damage the cables.
Only use loudspeakers which have a sufficiently high rated capa-
city (see „Technical Data").
Connect the loudspeakers directly to the amplifier.
Do not use headphone adapters or distribution boxes! If you are
unsure about anything please contact a specialist.
Make sure that the loudspeakers have been connected with the
correct polarity, i.e. positive and negative signs match.
This amplifier was designed for use with loudspeakers with an
impedance of at least 4 Ohms per channel. If two pairs of loud-
speakers are to be connected to the loudspeaker terminals (13),
only loudspeakers with an impedance of 8 Ohms or higher may be
used. Never connect loudspeakers with a lower impedance.
Also refer to the connection values in the "Technical data".
Connect the outputs of your audio source equipment (CD, TUNER etc.) using the
corresponding Cinch connections (12) on the amplifier.
The white Cinch socket on the amplifier is connected with the left hand Cinch output
of the audio source equipment, the red Cinch socket is connected with the right
hand output.
• Connect the Cinch connections CD, DVD, TUNER and AUX to the output connec-
tors of the corresponding equipment.
• Connect the output socket of your record player to the PHONO Cinch connection.
Caution: Under no circumstances connect anything else but a record player.
• Connect the earth terminal (11) to the earth contact (usually black wire with a
cable lug) of your record player.
• Connect the Cinch TAPE connection to the output socket (usually labelled OUT or
PLAY) of your recording device (e.g. cassette recorder).
• Connect the Cinch REC/OUT connection to the input (usually labelled IN, REC or
RECORD) of your recording equipment.
Connect the amplifier's loudspeaker output terminals (13) with your loudspeakers.
The red amplifier terminal has to be connected to the positive connection of the
loudspeaker, the black terminal has to be connected to the negative connection.
The connections are labelled with L for the left loudspeaker and with R for the right
loudspeaker.

Utilisation
Après avoir procédé au raccordement et vérifié de nouveau le câblage, vous pouvez
mettre en service pour la première fois votre amplificateur.
Réglez le bouton de réglage VOLUME
(10) au minimum (butée gauche).
Allumez votre appareil de source audio
(par ex. un lecteur de CD).
Allumez l'alimentation électrique à l'aide
de l'interrupteur secteur (1) situé sous
l'appareil.
Allumez l'amplificateur.
Les indicateurs de contrôle sont
allumés.
Sélectionnez une source d'entrée à l'aide
des touches de sélection des entrées (8)
sur l'appareil ou sur la télécommande.
Sélectionnez la paire de haut-parleurs
souhaitée à l'aide des touches SPEA-
KERS (5).
Réglez le volume désiré à l'aide du bou-
ton de réglage VOLUME (10).
Le bouton de réglage BALANCE (9) vous
permet de régler le rapport du volume
entre le haut-parleur gauche et le haut-
parleur droit.
Le bouton de réglage du son (7) permet
de régler l'intensité de reproduction des
aigus (TREBLE) et/ou des graves
(BASS).
L'appareil est encore hors circuit.
Placez l'interrupteur sur « I ».
Appuyez sur la touche POWER (2) de
l'appareil ou de la télécommande.
L'indicateur correspondant situé au-
dessus de la touche de sélection des
entrées (8) s'allume sur l'appareil.
L'indicateur situé au-dessus de la tou-
che correspondante (5) s'allume.
Le bouton de réglage VOLUME (10) peut
être tourné directement sur l'appareil ou
à l'aide des touches correspondantes
sur la télécommande.
Tournez-le vers la gauche pour baisser
le volume du haut-parleur droit.
Tournez-le vers la droite pour baisser le
volume du haut-parleur gauche.
Tournez-le vers la gauche pour baisser
le volume des fréquences.
Tournez-le vers la droite pour augmenter
le volume des fréquences.
