Ceci permet normalement un parfait démarrage des PC sur lesquels l'option d'ar-
rêt de la procédure de chargement en cas d'absence de clavier a été activée (p.
ex. "Halt on all errors").
Il est toutefois préférable d'éviter de passer d'un PC à un autre pendant la procé-
dure de chargement, car l'interruption correspondante (même très courte) peut
éventuellement provoquer des dérangements.
• Le fonctionnement du sélecteur de PC ne nécessite aucun logiciel supplémentai-
re. Son fonctionnement est indépendant du système d'exploitation utilisé.

Correct use
This PC switch box is used to operate up to 4 PCs using just a single VGA monitor,
one PS/2 keyboard and a PS/2 mouse. As well as saving lots of space, this also
saves the cost of having to purchase extra peripherals.
Switchover is obtained by pressing a button on the PC switch box as well as by
using a combination of keypresses on the PS/2 keyboard.
The functionality of the unit is rounded out by an autoscan function which automati-
cally steps through all the PCs in succession.
