8. Basic Settings

Hold down the "Multi function button" (6) for 5 seconds to switch on the camera.
Before first use of the camera, we recommend adapting the basic settings of your
camera to your requirements.
Use the mini USB plug of included in the delivery and connect the mini USB plug to the
"mini USB socket" (4) of the camera. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a free
USB port of your PC or laptop.
The camera is recognised as a mass storage device. Open the mass storage device
recognized in your workspace and double-click the "Config.ini" file.

Basic Settings Explanation:
Date: The date indicated can be changed to the current date.
Time: The time displayed "88:88:88" can be replaced by the current time (hours-
minutes-seconds).
MotionDetecSensitive: Shows the motion detection sensitivity. Motion detection
sensitivity can be set in 5 stages. The factory setting is level 3 (=medium). The high-
er the level, the higher the motion detection sensitivity.
