Make sure you do not damage any cables or power lines when dril-
ling holes in the wall or fastening screws.
The camera is only suitable for dry indoor use.
When selecting a place to set up the device, avoid direct, intense
sunlight, vibration, dampness and dust. The device must not be set
up in the vicinity of strong magnetic fields or heat sources. No
devices with strong electric fields such as e.g. mobile phones, radio
devices, electric engines etc. must be in the proximity of the camera.
These could negatively influence the picture quality.
Direct sunlight or bright lighting etc. can strongly impair the camera
image and make it difficult to watch the image. There may also be
blinding effects.
• Insert a Micro SD card (up to 16 GB) into the "Micro SD card slot" (1).
• Loosen the fastening screw for the "mounting base" (3) and put the mounting
base onto the camera.
• Tighten the fastening screw again to ensure proper support.
• There are installation holes on the "mounting base"(3). Copy these (e.g. with a
pencil) onto the wall at the intended place of installation.
• Drill the installation holes.
• Attach the mounting base to the installation place using suitable mounting material.
• Adjust the camera to the desired position. For adjustment, loosen the fastening
screw on the "mounting base" (3) if required.
• For best camera alignment, the included AV cable can be connected to the "AV
OUT/IR Extension" socket (12). The yellow cinch connection can be connected
to the video input of a display device.
