b) Mains Connection
The mains outlet to which the mains unit is connected must be easily accessible so that the
mains unit can be separated from the mains voltage quickly in case of an error.
Do not let the mains cable come into contact with any other cables.
Be careful when handling mains cables and mains connections. Mains voltage may cause po-
tentially fatal electric shock.
Make sure that no cables lie around openly. Install cables professionally to prevent accidents.
Before plugging in the mains unit, ensure that the device voltage indicated at the mains unit
corresponds to the available mains voltage. Do not connect the mains unit if the indication does
not correspond to the available mains voltage. Incorrect supply voltage may lead to irreparable
damage to the mains unit or DMX controller and danger to the user.
Make sure that the DMC controller is switched off (put the POWER switch (16) in O or OFF posi-
tion) before connecting it to the power supply.
• Connect the mains unit connection line to the DMX controller's DC INPUT (15) port.
• Plug the mains unit into a wall socket.
• The DMX controller is turned on and off at the POWER (16) switch.
Position O or OFF: Device off
Position I or ON: Device on).
