b) Movement Patterns and Colour Effects

The DMX controller has an effect generator with 9 different movement patterns for moving heads and
scanners, and 7 colour effects for effect lights. These effects can be saved in a light scene together with
the above manually set DMX values.
• Push the function button FIXTURE (2).
• Push the selection buttons 1-16 (9) of the effect lights that are involved in the light scene. The correspon-
ding LEDs must be lit.
To select the effect lights 1-16, level A must be selected with the PAGE (10) button. For effect
lights 17-32, level B must be selected with the PAGE (10) button.
• Push the function button MOVEMENT (2).
• Select the desired movement pattern (buttons 1-9) or the desired colour effect (buttons 10-16) with the
selection buttons 1-16 (9). A brief description of the effects is printed on below the buttons.
• The effect lights perform the desired effect.
• The movement patterns can be edited by pushing the RUN MODE/SWAP (7) button. Every time the button
is pushed, the parameters to be set are toggled. For the colour effects, you do not need to push the button
RUN MODE/SWAP (7), since only one parameter (MOVEMENT SPEED) is present.
• The parameters are set with the dial switches PAN (11) and TILT (13).

c) Saving

There are 32 memory slots to save the light scenes.
A light scene contains the DMX values of all DMX control channels of the connected effect lights, including
all movement patterns and colour effects.
The setting of the individual light scenes is done as described before in „Manual setting" and
„Movement patterns and colour effects".
• Keep the REC/ENTER button (4) pushed until the associated LED lights up and the display (12) shows
PROGRAM.
• Push the function button FIXTURE (2).
