B) Individual Addressing Of The Effect Lights - Renkforce Show Design 2 Bedienungsanleitung

If you assign the same starting address to several effect lights, they will act synchronously.
The effect lights 1-29 have therefore been assigned 18 DMX channels each (e.g. effect light 1 =
DMX-channel 1-18, effect light 2 = DMX-channel 19-36, etc.).
The effect lights 30-32 have not been assigned any start addresses yet. This may be done manu-
ally, however (see „individual addressing of the effect lights").

b) Individual Addressing of the Effect Lights

The above assignment of the start addresses can be individually changed as well.
• Push the MENUS/ESC (5) button for approx. two seconds to get to the menu.
• The display (12) shows the first menu item „01. Patch fixture" (if this is not the case, select the item with
the dial switch PAN (11)).
• Push the REC/ENTER (4) button; the display (12) shows PLEASE SELECT FIXTURE.
• Push the selection button 1-16 (9) of the effect light for which you want to change the DMX start
address.
To select the effect lights 1-16, level A must be selected with the PAGE (10) button. For effect
lights 17-32, level B must be selected with the PAGE (10) button.
• The selected effect light (FIX) and the assigned DMX start address (ADR) are shown in the display (12).
If the effect light does not have any DMX start address assigned yet (effect lights 30-32), the
display (12) shows NO PATCH ADDRESS.
• Use the dial switch PAN (11) to set the desired DMX starting address for the selected effect light.
If an address that has already been assigned is chosen, the display (12) will show an exclamation
mark next to the address.
• Push the REC/ENTER button (4) to save the settings. All LEDs will flash briefly to display successful sto-
rage.
• Repeat the process described if required to re-address other effect lights.
• After you have made all changes, push the MENUS/ESC (5) button for approx. two seconds to leave the
menu.
