= Management Information Base)
Eine Management Information Base stellt Informationen bereit, die z. B.
den aktuellen Betriebsstatus beschreiben oder über die Systemvitalität
(CPU-Auslastung, Temperatur, Lüfterdrehzahl etc.) informieren. Diese
MIBs können von einem SNMP-Netzwerkmanagement ausgelesen und
ggf. auch modifiziert werden.
