Handling

Take note of all safety instructions contained in this operating manual
and all further information specific to the handling of the product.
The product is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children. The product contains
small parts, glass (display) and an accumulator.
Do not drop the product even from a low height as this might damage it.
The product must not get damp or wet. Never touch the plug-in power supply when your hands
are wet or damp. There is a risk of a fatal electric shock.
Avoid the following adverse environmental condition when operating the product:
- Excessive humidity or dampness
- extreme cold or heat
- direct sunlight
- Dust or combustible gases, vapours or solvents
- Strong vibrations
- strong magnetic fields such as those found in the vicinity of machinery or loudspeakers
Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold into
a warm room. Condensation that forms might destroy your device. There is the
risk of a lethal electric shock (e.g. if the mains plug is damp with condensation
water).
Wait until the product has reached room temperature. This may take several
hours.
During operation make sure that no cables are pinched or caught.
Protect the device from scratches, dust and dirt during transport.
Never use the product when driving vehicles. Pedestrians also face a high risk of accidents
when using the multimedia player in traffic.
Make sure the insulation of the whole product is neither damaged nor destroyed. Check the
product for damage before each use!
