     "Display"
• "Brightness": Setting the brightness of the background illumination; a low brightness setting
requires less energy, which increases the operating time of the multimedia player.
Start the setting with the button "". Select the desired brightness with the button "" or
"". With the button "" you take over the setting and return to the previous menu (the
button "M" takes you back to the previous menu without saving the setting).
• "Backlight": Time setting after which the display and the keypad illumination is turned off
when no button is pressed. With the setting "on", the display and the keypad are permanently
illuminated. Setting a brief time extends the operating time.

     "Record"
With this function, you can set the recording quality (in case of voice recordings via the
integrated microphone or via radio reception). Depending on the quality, more or less memory
is used.
• "Low" - low recording quality, low space requirement
• "Normal" - normal recording quality, medium space requirement
• "High" - high recording quality, high space requirement
