Press „PROG" until „FAT" appears on the computer.
Via the „MODE" button, you can set your sex, age, height and weight via the (▲ / ▼ ) buttonns.
If you enter F-5, grasp the puls sensor for 5 seconds. Now the BMI will be measured. A ideal body fat
value is in between 20 – 24, lower than 19 means underweight, a value between 25 and 29 means
overweight, if the value is above 30 it means obesity.

You can use the built in HI-FI stereo speakers by plugging your MP3 player into the AUX plug.
You can controll the volume via your MP3 player.
