Uses
Blade insert: the blade insert|8 is suitable
for chopping solid foods, e.g. meat, onions
and cheese.
Dough blade: the dough blade|7 is suita-
ble for e.g. mixing eggs.

• Depending on the quantities and con-
sistency of the foods, the actual values
may differ.
• Repeatedly check the results, depending
on how small you want to chop the food.
• Work with short pulses (1 pulse: rotates
for approx. 1 second).

With the slicing insert|4 you can cut e.g. cu-
cumbers into slices. The grating disk|5 is suit-
able for e.g. processing apples or carrots.

Preparing food

• Use ...

• Rinse or wash the food.
• Chop the foodstuffs so small that they fit
through the food chute.
• Remove the outer shell from nuts. The in-
ner shell can be used if so desired, e.g.
with almonds.
• Free herbs from their stems.
• Separate the bones from meat and re-
move sinews and skin.
