Description DC 1800/2800 TR EX
The machine should be used for suction and separation
of dried dust. The machine can be used for separation of
unhealthy dust. As standard the machine is equipped with
a microfi lter class H13.
The DC 1800/2800 TR EX is, despite it's compact size, a
full capacity Dustcontrol machine. It is stable, tough and
reliable and particularly suited to spot extraction in many
different applications ie: welding, grinding, sanding and
cleanup with the 38 mm program.
Description DC 3800 TR S EX
The DC 3800TR S EX is a machine with large suction
capacity and robust construction while still being compact
and easy to maneuver.
It is ideal for spot extraction on most types of hand-held
tools and for industrial cleaning
(38 mm and 50 mm system).
The extraction system functions with negative pressure
(vacuum) that draws the air through suction casings/
nozzles, hose system, separator and fi lter system. Coarse
separation of dust occurs in the units cyclone which is a
highly effi cient separator for larger particulate. The fi ne

Connect the unit to compressed air 7 bar. Compressed
air need 20 l/s. Connection R½. Hose dimension 5/8.
The DC 1800/2800 TR EX is equipped with a manome-
ter that indicates (red) when the fi lter needs cleaning or
changing. The fi lter is genereally cleaned once or twice
daily during normal continuous operation. The unit must
be in operation to perform fi lter cleaning. Loose the
tube from the suction pipe and press the plastic cage
against the black stop head on the exhaust channel so
that maximum pressure is created in the cyclone.
Open the port on the side o the unit three to six times. This
reverse pulse of air cleans the fi lter.
The machine can be used both with or without collection
sack.
The collection sack should only be changed after the
cleaning of the fi lters. The collection sack must be tied off

Dustcontrol machines.
The design is ergonomic and appealing. With a very low
sound level of 68 dB(A) at 1m distance, the
DC 1800/2800 TR EX is suitable for use in areas which
are sensitive to noise.
The machine is powered with an ejector package driven
by compressed air (6-8 bar).
