4.2 Mounting the drain valve and water hammer arrester
Mount the drain valve (A) at the outlet (OUT) of the cartridge and attach the supplied silicon tube (E).
Mount the water hammer arrester (J) at the intlet (IN).
Mount the water hammer arrester (J) against the flow direction!

4.3

Connection of the hoses to the cartridge

Put one of the supplied gaskets into the water supply hose (IN) and the metal hose (C) (OUT) and screw
them to the cartridge according to the inscription.
When tightening the union nuts (metal), make sure that the coupling nuts (plastic) of the
connecting pieces do not twist. If necessary hold the coupling nuts (plastic) using a second
open end wrench.
