Rinsing when commissioning a new cartridge
Connect the supplied silicon tube to the water drain. Introduce the free end of the silicon tube into a
receptacle of a volume of at least 10 liters and secure it against moves.
Open the drain valve by turning it anti-clockwise.
Slowly turn on the fresh water tap to rinse the system with the following amount of water:
• Disposable cartridge Pure Aqua 300: 8 liters
• Disposable cartridge Pure Aqua 600: 20 liters
Leakage check
• Check all screw connections (hoses and conductivity measuring equipment) on the cartridge for leaks.
• Check the water connection at the climate chamber (Figure 7) for leaks.
• No water must leak.
• Then close the drain valve by turning it clockwise
The water treatment system BINDER Pure Aqua Service is now ready for use.
With a new cartridge, the first green LED on the measuring equipment lights up (chap. 6).

General procedure for commissioning
Close the drain valve by turning it clockwise.
Slowly turn on the fresh water tap.
