Damit ein reibungsloses Einfädeln des Wagenführungszapfens
möglich ist, müssen die Profilstreifen am Anfang schräg
beschnitten und die Unterkante des Fahrbahnstranges
abgeschrägt werden ( siehe Skizze ).
To permit the smooth entry of the car guide pins, the section
strips must be cut slanting at the beginning and the bottem edge
of the track lane bevelled ( see drawing ).
Pour qu'une introduction correcte du tenon de guidage des
voitures soit possible, les bandes profilées au début doivent être
coupées en biais et le bord inférieur du troncon de voie biseauté
( voir schéma ).
Voor het soepel inhaken van de trekhaak onder de eerste wagen,
moeten de profielstroken aan het begin schuin worden afgesne-
den en de onderkant van de railstrook worden afgeschuind ( zie
tekening ).

Den flexiblen Fahrbahnstrang bestücken Sie mit den beiden je 86 cm langen Profilteilen

( siehe Skizze ). Beginnen Sie bündig am Anfang des Fahrbahnstrangs. Streichen Sie
5 - 6 Haltezapfen in der Fahrbahn ( Teil 15/1 ) leicht mit Sekundenkleber FALLER -
EXPERT - rapid ein und drücken Sie sofort den Profilstreifen darauf. Nicht zu weit
vorarbeiten, da der Klebstoff schnell abtrocknet. Achten Sie bitte darauf, daß die Nut im
Profilstreifen bündig über den Führungszapfen gestülpt wird.
Arbeiten Sie in gleicher Weise Schritt für Schritt weiter, bis der ganze Profilstreifen
eingearbeitet ist. Mit dem zweiten Profilstreifen verfahren Sie in gleicher Form. Die
Anfangsfläche sollte bündig sein, notfalls Überhänge mit einem Messer glatt
abschneiden.
Attach the two section parts, each 86 cm long ( see drawing ), to the flexible track line.
Start exactly at the beginning of the track line. Sparingly apply FALLER - EXPERT -
rapid cement to five to six stopping pins in the track ( part 15/1 ) and press them on to
the section strip immediately. Proceed over shorter distances, as the cement dries
quickly. Please see to it that the groove in the section strip is placed on the guide pin, so
that it is flush with it. Proceed analogously step by step until the total section strip is in
place. Proceed analogously with the second strip. The starting surface should be level;
cut off any projections with a knife, if necessary.

Equiper le troncon de voie flexible avec les deux pièces profilées d'une longueur de
respectivement 86 cm ( voir schéma ). Commencer à fleur au début du troncon de voie.
Enduire légèrement 5 - 6 tenons d'arrêt dans la voie ( pièce 15/1 ) avec de la colle ultra -
rapide FALLER - EXPERT - rapid et appuyer aussitôt la bande profilée dessus. Ne pas
appliquer la colle trop à l'avance, vu qu'elle sèche très rapidement. Veiller à ce que la
rainure dans la bande profilée soit emboutie à fleur sur les tourillons de guidage.
Continuer le travail pas par pas de la même facon, jusqu'à ce que toute la bande profilée
soit montée. Procéder de la même facon avec la deuxième bande profilée. La surface
du début devrail être à franc - bord, si nécessaire couper à fleur les saillies avec un
couteau.
De flexibele baanrailstrook wordt nu aan elke zijde voorzien van een 86 cm lange profiel-
strook ( zie tekening ). Het begin van profiel- en baanrailstrook moeten precies gelijk
liggen. Doe een beetje secondenlijm FALLER EXPERT - rapid op 5 tot 6 bevestigings-
nokken van de baanrails ( deel 15/1 ) en druk meteen de profielstrokken daarop vast. Ga
zo verder, maar niet te veel ineens omdat de lijm snel droogt. Let er wel op, dat de sleuf
in de profielstrook strak op de pasnokken aansluit. Ga op deze manier stap voor stap
verder tot de hele profielstrook op zijn plaats ligt. Breng de tweede profielstrook op
dezelfde manier aan. Het begin van beide delen moet precies gelijk zijn. Indien nodig
moet het tevel aan materiaal worden weggesneden.
