Presentation

The Succès set of functions
creation and respective parameters.
The Succès functions are all fully automatic: the temperature and the cooking time are pre-set and cannot be
modified thanks to the C.O.P.® system: the Optimal Programmed Cooking automatically guarantees perfect
results. Cooking stops automatically and your oven notifies you when your dish is ready (only the "Pizzeria" function
will request your final appraisal).
This section was written with the help of our culinary expert. We invite you to follow his advice to benefit from
his experience and for successful cooking, always.
The recommended cooking modes, temperatures and oven rack heights reflect our expert's own experience
in the kitchen and will allow you to achieve the very best results.
You can start with a pre-heated or cold oven (in the special case of pizzas - see the next page). Our culinary expert
recommends you start with a cold oven wherever possible.
In general terms, your oven tells you when it is time for you to put your dish in by sounding a series of beeps
and displaying CON.IRM DISH IS IN THE OVEN.
starting with a cold oven: place your dish in the oven and make all the cooking settings. Confirm the dish is
in the oven by pressing knob B.
starting with a pre-heated oven: make the cooking settings and wait until pre-heating is complete (a series
of beeps will sound) and then place your dish in the oven. Press knob B to confirm the dish is in the oven.
You can programme a delayed cooking start (see the next page).

Oven at start
Note
If the meat is in a dish, place the latter in the oven tray on
Cold
rack 2. You can place the dish into a pre-heated oven if the
oven is already hot.
When cooking more than one batch, place the oven tray on
Cold
rack 1 and the grids on rack 3 and 5. You can place the dishes
into a pre-heated oven if the oven is already hot.
Spread the pizza dough directly onto the oven tray. When
cooking on more than one rack, place the oven tray on rack 1
and the grids on racks 3 and 5.
Pre-heated
Place the pizza stone in the oven to pre-heat it. Wait for the
display to indicate CONFIRM DISH IS IN THE OVEN to place
the pizza on the stone using the pizza peel
