Minor problems and how to rectify them yourself

Before you call customer service:
Check whether you can eliminate the fault yourself based on the following information.
A technician who is called out to give advice will charge you, even if the appliance is still
under guarantee.

Remedial action
Replace the incandescent bulb Fig. 9/A.
1. Remove the mains plug or switch OFF
the fuse.
2. Pull the grille forwards.
3. Change the incandescent bulb
(Replacement bulb max. 15 W,
220-240 V a.c., lampholder E14)
Check whether the light switch can be
moved.
Clean the condensation channel and the
drainage pipe , see Cleaning the
appliance".
Increase temperature.
Do NOT open the door unnecessarily.
Remove any obstacles.
Move the temperature selector from the 0"
position.
Check whether there is a power failure,
check the fuses.
