• If the tilt lever is set to Tilt/Auto kick-up reversing and stopping are not
possible. Set the tilt lever to the „Lock" position if it may be necessary
to stop or reverse.
• Beware not to squash hands or fingers when tilting the motor.
• In tilted position, the motor can turn in such a way that the positions
of the tiller and battery change.
The Auto kick-up setting protects the motor in case of ground contact.
It does not guarantee that ground contact will not damage the propel-
ler or even the motor. This applies in particular if the ground is stone
or rock.
