rung verlangsamt die Pumpe
die Drehzahl, so dass eine
kontrollierte, tropfengenaue
Dosierung erreicht wird

Volumen oder Gewicht
bestimmen
3 Im gleichen Modus (DISP•
Volume) die CAL-Taste
drücken (Anzeige blinkt)
4 Mit den
Tasten effektiv
dosiertes Volumen eingeben
5 Mit der CAL-Taste speichern.
Die Pumpe wechselt in den
Modus STROKE•div(µl) und
zeigt den einzustellenden
Skalenwert (0.0–450.0
Einheiten) an.
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Stellen Sie diesen Skalen-
wert mit dem drehbaren
Skalenring ein. Die Fixier-
schraube darf nicht gelöst
werden!
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Wechseln Sie in die Be-
triebsart DISP•Volume. Die
Pumpe ist nun für kalibriertes
Dosieren bereit.

❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Je nach Anwendungsbedin-
gungen kann mehrmaliges
Kalibrieren nötig sein.

Calibrating the volume
1 Change the MODE to
DISP • Volume
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Use the
keys for
entering the required
dispensing volume
2 Start with RUN/STOP
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ The pump reduces the
rotation speed shortly before
the end of the dispensing
cycle providing controllable
and drop-precise dispensing
volumes
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Measure the dispensed
liquid by volume or weight
3 Stay in the same mode (DISP •
Volume) and press the CAL-
key (display blinks)
4 Enter the effectively dispensed
volume with the
keys
5 Save with the CAL button.
The pump changes to the
mode STROKE•div(µl) and
displays the value to be
adjusted with the flow control
rings (0.0–450.0 div.)
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Turn the knurled
adjustment ring till the
correct value on the fixed and
revolving flow control ring
equals the digital LED read-
out. The fixing screw must
not be loosened!
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Change to the mode
DISP•Volume. The pump is
now ready for a calibrated
dispensing process.
6 Start pump with RUN/STOP
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Depending on the application
conditions repeated calibration
may be necessary.

1 Passer avec la touche MODE
sur DISP • Volume

souhaité avec les touches
2 Mettre en route avec RUN/STOP
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Juste avant la fin du dosage,
la pompe réduit le nombre de
tours de manière à obtenir un
dosage contrôlé et exact
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Déterminer le liquide dosé
selon le volume ou le poids
3 Presser sur la touche CAL dans
le même mode (DISP •
Volume) (l'affichage clignote)
4 Saisir le volume effectivement
dosé avec les touches
5 Mémoriser avec la touche CAL
La pompe passe dans le mode
STROKE•div(µl) et affiche la
valeur qui doit être ajustée sur
l'anneau gradué (0.0–450.0
div.)
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Tourner l'anneau gradué de
façon à ce que la valeur
donnée par les graduations
corresponde à la valeur
affichée. La vis de fixation ne
doit pas être dévissée !
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Passer dans le mode PUMP
• Flow rate. La pompe est
maintenant calibrée et prête
pour un dosage calibré.
6 Mettre en route avec RUN/STOP
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ En fonction des conditions
d'application, il peut être né-
cessaire de calibrer plusieurs fois.
