Start-up
Teaching-in taking a brightness threshold: Press and
hold down the teach-in button (F) for at least 5 s until the
device LED (E) starts to flash red. Briefly press the teach-
in button (F). The device LED (E) flashes orange.
• Now put the device you want to teach-in to the motion de-
tector (e.g. a Homematic Wireless Switch Actuator) into
teach-in mode. For further information, please refer to the
user manual of the corresponding device.
The device LED (E) lights up green to indicate that teach-
•
ing-in has been successful.
• If teaching-in failed, the device LED (E) lights up red.
Please try again.
Close the battery compartment (G) with the battery com-
•
partment cover (B) and insert the motion detector into the
mounted wall/ceiling bracket (A).
Please repeat the teach-in procedure for all devices
that communicate with each other.
