• If you want to replace the batteries, remove the old batter-
ies first.
• Then insert 3 new AA batteries into the battery compart-
ment.
Please observe correct polarity (plus/+ and minus/-). How
to insert the batteries is marked in the battery compartment
with + and - (see the white squares in the figure).
• Last, close the battery compartment again.
Push the battery compartment lid onto the device from the
bottom until the two holes of the attachment screws are on
top of each other.
• Screw the Phillips-head screw in hand-tightly again.
• This completes insertion or replacement of the batteries.
