9 Approved Fuels

Only pellets of 6 mm diameter that are tested according to DIN-PLUS oder Ö-Norm may
be used in the WAMSLER Pellet Stove. Wood pellets with an ash content of more than
0.5% may not be used since cleaning and maintenance expenses would become higher.
Note the definitions of standard pellets / pellet qualities in sections 6 and 7.
According to DIN 51731, only pellets that are manufactured from natural wood without binding
agents are allowed. Scrap forest wood and untreated chips serve as raw material. Other fuels
lead to damage of the pellet stove and affect the environment.
All warranty claims expire if the stove is operated with non-approved fuels. Moreover,
dangerous operating conditions could be caused.

10 Storage of Pellets

Wood pellets are supplied in an absolutely dry state and can be used immediately for heating
in the pellet stove. To maintain the quality of pellets, they must be stored dry and free from
contamination.

11 Customer Service / Spare Parts

You will receive customer service, maintenance and spare parts through your specialised
retailer. You will receive information and support also in all other questions about your
WAMSLER Pellet Stove.
If you should face a problem with your stove or errors could not be eliminated at any time,
please contact your specialised company.
Please indicate the date of purchase and the batch number (see rating plate) of your
stove to enable technical support and facilitate use of the correct spare parts.
