Faulty ignition is shown by the error message "E02 igni" on the
display.

Quit error Possible reasons – error elimination:
message with
No pellets in burn pot
- Error in pellet feeding
- Transfer handful of pellets until the last row of holes in the
burn pot.
Press button briefly
Unused pellets in burn pot
- Check for contamination
- Empty burn pot completely
- Firebox temperature sensor defective or covered with soot
(Call for service technician)
Doors are open or glass breakage → "E03 door"
- Remove pellets from the burn pot, DO NOT refill in hopper
(Embers !!! – must be stored at least for 72 hours
at a fire-proof location).
Close doors or replace glass panel.
