Cleaning of the burn pot
Opening of the stove door
Removal of the burn pot (in cooled state)
Vacuum cleaning of the burn pot and firebox
Insertion (and locking) of the burn pot
Closing the stove door and proceed to other operations
Note / important:
Also remove the connection component to the chimney and clean with the brush. If the
connection component is contaminated with ash and soot, the result of service / cleaning cannot
be checked since the flue gases cannot be examined according to the specifications.
7.4
Inspection of the air suction pipe
The air suction pipe should be freely accessible.
Moreover, no dust or dirt or poisonous and corrosive vapours may be sucked in.
7.5
Inspection and cleaning of the electrical components
Please check again if the power plug is disconnected. Check the laying of the electric cables
visually. Cables may not be laid across sharp corners or hot places and may not exhibit
cracks / blank points. Replace cables in case of cracks, etc. Clean electrical components with
brush upon strong dust formation and scrape off any corrosion residue from electrical contacts
7.6
Completion of servicing, trial run
After the performance of servicing reconnect all contacts and conduct a trial run.
