Pellet quality

We define all specifications to DIN – approved pellet quality with maximum 0.25% ash content,
bulk density of approx. 650 kg/m³ and a fuel value H
heating oil correspond to approx. 1000 kg of such wood pellets in energy content. As storage
volume, 1000 kg of these pellets would need approx. 1.54 m³. Note the instructions in the
section "Approved Fuels".
Variations from these theoretical values could not be avoided due to the DIN tolerance ranges
for pellets, for example concerning ash content, bulk density, composition and size / geometry
of the pellets, and of necessity lead to variations in different specifications.
In case of high bulk densities and special geometry or high fuel value of the pellets, internal
safety mechanisms could temporarily reduce the output of the stove until the set values (=
nominal heat output) are regained. This does not mean any defect in the stove but merely self-
alignment.

Cleaning, servicing and maintenance

Cleaning and servicing is necessary at regular intervals in order to maintain the stove in a soot-
free and ash-free state. Lack of such measures could result in malfunction, for which we
assume no liability. Note the relevant instructions in the sections 6 and 7. Regular cleaning,
servicing and maintenance sustain the efficiency of your stove, since soot is an extreme
insulator that could considerably reduce the heat output / level of efficiency.

230 V AC / 50 Hz (admissible range of fluctuation 195-255 V)
