optiPoint Conference Kit

General Information
The optiPoint Conference Kit improves the handsfree speaking quality of tele-
phone conferences, particularly in conference rooms with evenly distributed par-
ticipants. In the maximum configuration, up to 2 conference loudspeakers and 8
conference microphones
The conference microphones have their own amplifier and control logic, so that
only microphones in direct use are active, in order to separate the interference
level (room echo) from the wanted signal.
Microphone sensitivity and backgroundlevel are adjustable to meet the acoustic
requirements of the room.
During speaking pauses and thus with disconnected microphones, the connect-
ed participants do not have the impression that they are "separated".
Each microphone has a mute button which, when used, switches all conference
microphones to mute.
The power supply of the optiPoint Conference Kit comes from its own power
supply unit.
Safety Notes
• Avoid exposing the equipment to direct sunlight or other sources of heat.
• Protect the equipment from moisture and liquids.
• Never insert objects into openings in the equipment.
