Einlaufphase eines neuen Motors
Breaking-in a new motor
FORCE Motoren springen ganz leicht an, wenn Sie
folgende 4 Punkte beachten:
1.
Hauptdüsennadelventil durch Drehen im Uhrzeiger-
sinn ganz schließen, dann 3 Umdrehungen öffnen.
2.
Gas ganz wegnehmen, es bleibt nur ein Luftspalt von
1 mm offen (Leerlauf).
3.
Gemischaufbereitungsnadel ganz schließen, dann 2_
Umdrehungen öffnen.
1. Einlaufphase
Um später das volle Leistungsspektrum nutzen zu kön-
nen, sollte der Motor zwei Tankfüllungen bei "fetter" Ver-
gasereinstellung mit Wechselgas laufen.
Lassen Sie den Motor in kurzen Intervallen von ca. 3-
5 Minuten mit zwischengeschalteten Abkühlphasen
laufen. Dabei die Drehzahl nur leicht erhöhen und
wieder absenken.
2. Einlaufphase
Für zwei weitere Tankfüllungen sollte das Gemisch etwas
"magerer" eingestellt werden.
Gemischregulierschraube (Hauptdüsennadel) ein
wenig hineindrehen.
Der Motor sollte das Gas jetzt etwas besser anneh-
men, Rauchentwicklung ist aber immer noch vorhan-
den. Dreht der Motor nur kurz hoch und stellt dann
ab, die Gemischregulierschraube wieder etwas her-
ausdrehen.
3. Einlaufphase
Drei weitere Tankfüllungen kann jetzt das Fahrzeug mit
langsamer Geschwindigkeit (max _-Gas) gefahren wer-
den.
Bei allen weiteren Tankfüllungen wird das Gemisch je-
weils "magerer" eingestellt, bis das Optimum erreicht ist.
Der Motor sollte dann das Gas voll annehmen. Das volle
Leistungsspektrum des Motors ist jetzt nutzbar, Rau-
chentwicklung ist aber immer noch vorhanden.
FORCE motors will Start quite easily if you obey the
following 4 hints:
1.
Turn carefully the main needle valve clockwise until
it's fully closed then open it by turning anticlockwise
three turns.

Fully close the carburettor. The remaining gap is

Fully close the needle valve for mixture concentration
then open it 2_ turns.

In Order to develop full efficiency of the engine it should
run the first two fillings of tank in "rich" adjustment of the
main needle valve at a changing throttle set.
Let the engine run in short intervals of about 3-5 min-
utes with enclosed periods for cooling down. Raise
rpm only a little and decrease it again.
For two further fillings of the tank the mixture of air and
fuel tan be s'et a little bit more to "lean".
The engine should now better respond to throttle
movement, production of smoke is still visible. If the
engine raises rpm only for a short time to stop after-
wards screw out the main needle valve a little.
You may now run your car at low Speed for the next three
fillings of the fuel tank (at _ throttle Position).
For any further filling of the tank the mixture of air and
fuel tan be set a little bit more to "lean" until the maxi-
mum in efficiency is reached. The engine should now re-
spond to full throttle movement and total power tan be
used. Smoke production does not disappear.
